If only that parking area were better lit...

Or the yoots had somewhere to play...

Or all the poors would lock themselves indoors after 8pm...

These victims need to be taught a lesson before someone is killed!

I thought this thread was announcing MoCo's establishment of a "Midnight Basketball" league.

Youngsters here might have to google it.

This should be interesting. The overwhelming majority of people out and about in downtown SS late at night are black. These laws will disproportionately affect the black community.

I can see the headlines and envision the political handwringing in a couple months when only black people are getting arrested...

    They're not that insulated anymore...

The armed carjackings are hitting Bethesda now.

    So are the armed robberies.

They'll never admit that they're the ones who created a permissive crime environment with an undersized police force and a revolving door court system. They'll just put burdens on businesses instead.
I almost can't wait for the Purple Line. Straight shot from lower PG county into Bethesda.

I worked that district for 34 months... they had BLM signs in darn near every yard, but we would get multiple calls a week about the "suspicious" black man in the neighborhood. I would have the call taker call the complainant back and elaborate and what exactly was suspicious about them. I ended up canceling the majority of those calls, cause last time I checked, being black isn't illegal (yet) in a liberal area

    Next up...curfew law.
Moco residence will be required to lock themselves in their homes from 6pm to 6am for their own good. Violators to be fined.
