      The same impromptu field gage would not close in my No. 4. I don't think it's unreasonable to not close the deal based on what I saw.

      Appearance-wise the Enfield is very nice, but the muzzle swallows a bullet and the bolt easily closes on an impromptu field gage. I chose not to close the sale because I'm still learning. Thought you should be aware of this going in.

      What the hell does inspect the rifle more than discussed mean? Who would not look over a rifle before buying? The fact is the bolt closed on an impromptu field gage and he never would have mentioned it.

      From what I could see on the hearing video, his contribution to watering down the bill was to fix the wording so solid rectangular blocks of aluminum were not considered receivers. In other words, he helped them avoid legal challenges. Very low value for selling your vote.
