      HQL and Crossbows

      LOL and future CBQL's not only require the training component but demand at least one shot fired at a straw bale back stop. The bolt head must be recovered and sent to MSP for storage along with all the shell casings they already have for pistols (in 55 gallon drums).

      HQL application

      I managed to do mine with the google chrome browser. It went through ok so mac OS won't be a problem. I did it in the early days when the livescan locations had no code to send into MSP and when no one was sure if you need to submit your receipt for the scan. I stopped by the Licensing Division...
