I put up a scope for sale and I just wanted to get some opinions on what would be a fair price.
It’s a SWFA 1x6 Tactical and I’m selling it along with the ADM Recon mount.
Both are in like new/mint condition without a single blemish. The scope and mount were mounted on a safe queen...
I'm not a lawyer so I have no idea how the BATF would view it but in the tech world, companies copy software code all of the time and change around a line or two. The company they copy ends up suing only to find the court rules in favor of the copier because they changed around a line or two of...
No... The fact of the matter is that if the MSP never opened up the sale of stripped lowers to build HBAR's and Pistols, this never would have been an issue. Now all of a sudden, they think they can treat all stripped lowers the same whether or not they were purchased pre or post October 1st...
In regards to taking possession of the banned firearm after October 1st, I know this. I was mentioning the letter from the MSP that went out to all FFL's telling them the law and this was included on the letter. If the MSP sent the letter on letter head, then I'd imagine they were quoting the...
Those who thought otherwise either didn't know what they were talking about or they are pissed that they didn't stock up on "PRE-BAN" lowers.
Think about this for a second. If you weren't able to build whatever you wanted with a lower purchased prior to October 1st then why would the MSP...
I've found 5.56 to be more accurate when compared to cheap .223 but if you're using Match Grade .223 such as Hornady, the Xm193 and M855 usually won't be as accurate.
You mean you didn't put a completed upper on every lower you had prior to October 1st?
If you did place an upper on each lower, then it's perfectly legal to replace the parts down the road.
Haha...I know. I thought the same thing immediately after drawing them. I thought to myself that maybe I should make the lines straight but I decided to just keep them looking like "Dongs"

Same here. I didn't have mine notarized but I did take time stamped pictures along with video. I then uploaded them to multiple cloud based servers, I also emailed them to myself. Finally, I loaded them onto a USB memory stick and mailed them to myself through certified (signature required) mail...
If you purchased a pre-ban lower then build whatever you want. If your paper work has a purchase and receive date prior to October 1st 2013 then one can only assume you build the rifle prior to October 1st.
How is anyone but yourself going to know what you built and when you built it? Yea...
Neat color. I like it. I do believe its safe to say, this rifle won't be getting used for home defense or when and if the S hits the F.
