Looks like a guys sister came to visit with a pistol and started shooting up the place. It was ended by the homeowner with a shotgun. No charges as of this time.
Some kind of police activity in Taneytown. I couldn't find any source that knows what the incident is.
Taneytown Elementary and Northwest Middle School are "keeping students in the building."...
ATF To Ban Common AR-15 Ammo
The ATF is looking to reclassify certain "armor piercing" projectiles. Specifically named is the M855 and SS109.

Just heard on the scanner a 14 and 15 year old were shot by a small caliber gun at Frederick High School. One shot in the femur and one in the back. Scene was declared safe, so I am assuming the shooter has been caught. Incident happened in the gym.
Dated 1/2/2015, ATF rules that persons/shops who allow people the use of their machinery to complete a firearm are considered to be "in the business." Thus need to be licensed...
I am new to reloading and slowly gathering the tools to get started.
I would like some recommendations as to a good handbook for the beginner.
The calibers I am interested in are 9mm, .223, and .300WM if that makes any difference.
