      2 Shot at Frederick High School

      Just heard on the scanner a 14 and 15 year old were shot by a small caliber gun at Frederick High School. One shot in the femur and one in the back. Scene was declared safe, so I am assuming the shooter has been caught. Incident happened in the gym.

      Handbook for beginner

      I am new to reloading and slowly gathering the tools to get started. I would like some recommendations as to a good handbook for the beginner. The calibers I am interested in are 9mm, .223, and .300WM if that makes any difference.
