Horst & McCann in Bel Air advertises a storage service for members. I have not been to their range or used their storage service, so I do not know if that is a good option.
Keeping some firearms elsewhere seems like a good way to avoid losing *all* of your pre-2013 (non-replaceable while...
I was going to suggest looking at the racks offered by 7.62x54r.net, but it appears they are no longer accepting new customers. Even if you did not buy from them, there were several models described with some detailed measurements which were useful if you decide to build your own.
Here's one...
"SKS with detachable magazine" was one of the named regulated rifles prior to FSA 2013, so is now "banned". The original fixed 10 round magazine configuration doesn't meet the copycat definition added in FSA 2013.
My mistake, the loose is slightly cheaper.
Date of manufacture varies on the loose rounds. I'm assuming the boxed ammo means you will get at least 20 rounds from the same run.
I do not reload, but my understanding is the HXP brass is suitable for at least a few reloads where commercial...
CMP also added "M2 Ball, .30-06 Greek HXP .30 cal, Plastic Can, 180rds
$135.00 per can".
Non-corrosive, slightly cheaper more expensive than the loose HXP option (ignoring ammo can vs plastic can), and boxed.
Maybe one of the laser training systems. There were a few mentions of the LaserLyte system and a lasrapp in the following thread:

I've used a LaserLyte target a few times. It seemed like a convenient way to catch some beginner...
They have some 22LR plinksters (with same 10rd magazine size) as "YES" to ship, others as "NO". Their online support indicated if you believe an item should be legal to ship you can order it. They will hold it and review whether they can ship it.
Processing time will likely increase during the transition. The sooner you get approved the less chance there is of the election or possible new laws preventing you from being approved.
Similar to another situation mentioned recently in the ATF wait time thread:

Seems like you can't win with the model number.
Here is another option for $50:

I have no idea how this compares to the other options already mentioned.
Is this for an item which needs to go to an FFL? Checkout on a non-FFL item worked fine for me Sunday, and it was delivered Tuesday. Quickest shipping I've encountered recently. A Monday order from another large vendor has yet to get a tracking number.
Link on the CMP forum was a little harder to find, but the discussion is related to the new "Inland Manufacturing" M1 carbines:
