      It's not the retailers' fault, they are merely opting out and I dont blame them. We all wish we could opt out of 281.... It definitely sucks, but the ire should be directed at O'Malley, the state senate and our a-hole neighbors that voted them in.

      Pardon the fifty questions.. The Joe Bob bolt is labeled as: " 9310-Case hardened, Shot Peened" ... How does that compare to "Milspec Carpenter No. 158® steel" bolt?
