      What is the law?

      I bought Ruger SR40 a couple of weeks ago and have not really gotten a good feel for the gun, on the other hand my son loves it. Do I have to go thru another FFL transfer to give him the gun? Does anyone know what the Maryland regulations/ law are on this? Thanks
