Youth model but still a really good buy.

Same opinion here. Goofy combination. Much more of a curiosity than a useful tool.
It’s the scope.100 yard groups ... liking the Golden Tiger in the center 10-shot group and upper right 5-shot group ...
Thanks, buddy.It’s the scope.
Quit calling all your friends and the media outlets...
Damn fine shooting and nice rifles. Scopes? Meh.

If I ever get more serious, I'll ask bman940 how to fully exploit the Monarch's bullet drop reticle (thanks for the offer, bman). The classy rifle got the classy scope.
You seemed pretty dialed in with the 3-9x scope based on your initial target, but 2-7x is also a reasonable magnification range for the 7.62x39 cartridge.I just put a Nikon ProStaff 2-7X on my RAR. Glass looks better than the ProStaff 3-9X and it's light weight. Although in hindsight I should have got that Leupold that's a full 3 ounces lighter.
Lol, it's probably just me. Personally, I was happy with that 10-shot group at the center of the target at 100 yards. I'll get .223/5.56 just a bit tighter.Ugg that's disappointing for the Tiger. Last batch I shot was insanely good, almost better than my handloads.
Ive been hearing some grumbling that it may be inconsistent from batch to batch. Still drawing down about 3k I ordered at the same time.
I appreciate ya sir but I’ve already got the vortex and rings in the cart. I’m trying to hold off for no other reason than guilt, as i bought/built 4 Guns in March.
Anyone have a cZ 527? Debating one, don't really need but figured a great supressor host, but $300 more than a ruger American
