870 PoPo Magnums $350 shipped

I assume a lot of those “single item” police guns are indeed guns they got from a police department, but probably were confiscated or used in crime or something. They have a lot of weird and random shit they sell as a “police trade”. Such as this:

Speculation at best, is all we have at this point. But if that be true… Kudos to those Departments for not destroying those guns.

Holee chit!

Got the SOS magnum home from the FFL around 1pm today but, had to jump right into chores so, 2130 hrs and I just came outta the shop after unboxing and then disassembling it …

I can find Zero evidence and do not believe this shotgun was ever fired!
NO evidence of any case head ever being fired on face of bolt or firing pin and bore doesn't even have any powder or wad residue, let alone lead fouling.

There are no (none, zero, zip, nada) wear marks on the actions bars, at all! (The FFL - retired NC State LEO - had to unbox it to record the SN in his log and he said the fact the action bars had no marks on them was … “eerie”)

Freaking unbelievable!

Grandson arrives here Thursday and I have a stack of craigslist cardboard B-27 targets so, I’m going to introduce him to patterning; first 00 buck at 7, 15 and 25 yards and then slugs from 30, 50 and 75 …
