They just cut the wheat and are starting to cut the hay where I hunt, so you can see em again without having to be up in a tree... lolTell me about that gun "the varmiter " looks nice.
My farmers haven't cut some of there hay and barley yet? It's so tall elephants could hide in it. lots of rain in June, is messing up some prime hog shooting time now.
That is a basic 223AR with a 20" wylde bull barrel. It is very accurate, though a bit front-heavy. I shoot either 55gr Vmax or today I was using some 40gr Nosler BT loads at about 3300fps. I like the 40gr when I am in a more suburban setting, as there is very little chance of any ricochet. The booliit disintegrates when it hits anything, even grass.. lol
Both are very effective on whistle pigs.
