Sweet! IIRC they only made about 300-400 of this 1st variant.
Mine's in the mid 200's but has the 3-screw stamped trigger guard.

The other parkerized one is towards the end of production, and supposedly came out of Jeff Reising's estate.

I was hoping the kids would come out to play! It's so sad that they're quite a bit of coin these days. Never see one go for under $3k.

I always thought they were interesting and I really like the cocking action under the fore stock. Top-bottom:

Nice! Auto Ordinance or Savage? I’ve got an AO 1928 from that era.

Savage. I've shot my friends 28 it seemed to have a faster rate of fire then my M1.
