ATF NFA pistol brace registration question

I got a total of 4 approvals today, submitted 5/2/23.

The ones I included the msp advisory on do reference it in the conditions. I only did that on one's less than 29 inches.

Edit they are real sbr approved form ones, just tax exempt. And it states must follow md law, aka 29 or longer a stock is legal in maryland.

Got 2 approved after about 60 days (amnesty registration). All I received from ATF were email notifications. No hard copy has been sent.

When I submitted these there was a popup window stating words to the effect that the ATF Director considered that the free registration only applied to firearms maintained in their original "braced" configuration.

This plus the fact that I wasn't able to register these in my trust (since it didn't exist when the rule was published) may cause me to actually pay for stamps for these in the future.

I got hard copies in a PDF file from the ATF. No popups about an original braced configuration.

Thanks, I went back and checked the approval emails. Sure enough, there were PDF files attached.

So, once I join FPC I can slap the brace back on my M&P 15-22P while I wait for the form 1 to be approved?
