Fairly certain that it is in person application only (at least it is for all of the counties near me). The application signature needs to be notarized and they take care of that when applying at the Sheriff's Office.Do any WV Counties take applications by mail? Trying to avoid two trips if possible

In person only. My permit took 2 weeks to get back in August 2020.Do any WV Counties take applications by mail? Trying to avoid two trips if possible
I got Florida to get Delaware reciprocity. Not really - a permit from either still buys a whole bunch of reciprocity that the MD permit does not have.
