Bought some pulled, primed brass...

You may need to neck size them (you can use a FL die, just back it off a bit).

I did a number of LC Match 7.62 that were pulled. I needed to neck size to get good bullet tension.

I would not hesitate to tumble them before or after loading, with a vibratory tumbler.

They look fine to me, but if you're still concerned and you have a case holder you can chuck up in a cordless drill, some 0000 steel wool on a low rotation will shine em right up.

Just load and shoot.. that is if the primer hasn't been contaminated.
