Do you need to register online for Monocracy bowling pin matches?
3rd Saturday of the month match starts at 10 AM. Best bet is to contact them and find someone to be a buddy and get you in as a guest. No online sign up, just show-up. Best to show up early first time. They do centerfire pistol and rimfire pistol both open and stock 5 pins per string. Rimfire is full size pins but placed 6" from the back of the table. Centerfire is near the front of the steel table. I won the rimfire open multiple years before I moved to WV. I have shot centerfire with .41 Remington Mag and .45 ACP. Because you have to knock the pins off the table 9mm is not advised. Minimum is best at least 357 Mag, 10mm or .40 S&W. Good luck.

^^^^ I can second the caliber needs. Early on I used midrange SWC loads in 45 ACP (Manor division). I kept laying the pins down. A very good regional pin shooter took me under his wing. My regular load was 230 grains @895 fps. I was working on a new softer 255 grain load at 775 when I stopped shooting pins on a regular bases.

    I love pin shooting.
