Eldersburg Starbucks. Picking up an order for my wife, I saw this on the door.

I thought someone here might have an interest.

No need to comment on how Starbucks coffee sucks, or the company is woke, yada yada yada. I know that already. I'm posting this in case someone who otherwise might not have known might be interested.

I guess if you're going to the trouble to post an announcement you'd at least go to the trouble to proofread your material. Maybe that's just me representing for the old part of old school.

BCPD does this. I always bug the officer I know about taking me to get coffee as community outreach and he tells me I can buy my own

That isn't a text message to your bud, it's a public notice. Get your coworker to read it once before you put it up.

Meh, I started that years ago when I would take a homeless person to McDonalds.

I'm glad the young sheep dogs picked up on the practice.

You should see the reports some of them write. All one continuous sentence, forget about spelling. It's frightening...

A good, cheap, way to have eyes on the street. I know a recovery guy who regularly distributes pizza and other food items in target rich areas. He says it's cheaper and more effective than trying to bribe a skips family or friends.

I asked a former warrants guy from a VA dept about the practice. He immediately changed the subject.
