    Older retired gentleman trying to clean out a safe. He seems like a nice guy and I'm sure he didn't mean to disrespect anyone, especially the administrator. My parents aren't the most internet savvy people, we'll all get there someday.;)

    Actually "joker" to some older people isn't really derogatory, kinda like calling someone "dude". I thought he kept his cool rather well. I need to learn from him. :o

    Believe it or not I think we've all been schooled...in graciousness.

    I am convinced that "jokers" was indeed a slang term for guys. No harm; no foul. The umbrage we took was our own.

    I'm impressed and humbled...by the OP.

    Now you tell me... I've already filed two hurt feelings reports and Norton challenged him to a duel!

    You might consider the fact that some of us are at our desks at 0545 for the jobs that we actually get paid for and are behind a firewall where we can't access the site until we get home nearly 12 hours later.

    And this would be after having worked from 0545 until nearly midnight the day before.

    I'm truly sorry that your customer experience has been less than satisfactory.
