Actually "joker" to some older people isn't really derogatory, kinda like calling someone "dude". I thought he kept his cool rather well. I need to learn from him.

You might consider the fact that some of us are at our desks at 0545 for the jobs that we actually get paid for and are behind a firewall where we can't access the site until we get home nearly 12 hours later.

And this would be after having worked from 0545 until nearly midnight the day before.

I'm truly sorry that your customer experience has been less than satisfactory.
