I have a 9mm Osprey and love it. I know its not the 45 that your looking for but youre welcome to try it out.

Personally, Im waiting on the SWR Octane45 to come out to be my first 45 suppressor. I just purchased the Octane9 HD2, and Im sure the Octane45 will impress me enough to buy it as well. I just want all my pistol caliber suppresors to be able to be taken down for cleaning.

how you like the octane compared to the osprey. Deciding on a can for my p226 elite.

I sent my from 1 off 12/15/2011 for my SBR went pending 01/01/2012 I called ATF they said 6 months from that date so 07/01/2012 I should hear something.

And for my Supressor I sent it off 02/14/2012 it will be 09/03/2012 sometime after that.

Can't really say because I don't have the Octane9 in my possession yet and I probably won't for awhile since I have to wait for the stamp.

I do love the Osprey and it will stay as my 9mm handgun suppressor. It rocks on my P226 Elite. The Octane9 will be used with a 3-lug adapter on my 9mm SBR and will most likely live on that host full time.

You're more than welcome to try out my P226/Osprey setup if you like. I even like my P226 as a host more than my HK USP9SD.

I got them, I got them, I got them. I went and picked up my LRM-169 and Gemtech Multimount. :party29:

    Whoa, hold on!

You have 3 "I got them"s, and only 2 NFA items...

    What's the third item? :D

Update I just got my stamp yesterday !!!! When I called the first of June they said it went pending 01/01/2012 and it would be 6 months after that but it ended up being 6 months from when I mailed it.

Well... my form 4 should be approved BUT the ATF screwed up the last transfer of the gun and had it marked as a Dewat, which it is not. Proof has been sent but the boss (who is on vacation) has to approve the change to the ATF internal error... but it should be coming soon! Thats two screw ups in a row for the ATF on my forms. Both times ATF errors... sure makes you good considering what the lack of these forms would mean!

Wow, gotta give Dana and his assistants some serious credit, they've almost reduced the gap to five months. If they can keep it up, maybe I'll see all my stuff before the end of the year.

Only when dealing with the government is being 5 months behind something praise worthy. :sad20:
