Reading some of what King wrote, it's pretty apparent that he made his decisions based on his personal opinion about guns and not on the law. Shameful.

I thought I saw some language in my first scan that might be applied to other aspects of FSA13, but it seems not to have borne out on a [more] thorough read.

If I get time tomorrow, I'll give it a good poring over (ADD willing ), and see if it pops up again.
