Thanks! I did my first form 1 in September and said to myself "I don't need a trust. I'm only going to build one SBR."

Fast forward three months and I've done a form 4 (paper), another form 1 (e-file), and will likely do another form 4 (e-file) very soon.:o:innocent0

So you have a baby trust...now you've got to feed it. ;)

Okay I read the thread and I went online to the ATF.

I am going to be dense...
What am I missing. On Line the ATF said a FFL had to submit for e-file.
Are you submitting on your own or is your FFL doing it for you and if you are doing it on your own can someone please post a link to get me started.

    Thank you in advance.

    Chris

Chris, as long as you have a trust you can submit a form 1 without involving a FFL. Just choose the eForms link here sir: http://atfonline.gov/

Ok thanks. Thats all mine says "submitted/in process". I just hear the paperhe paper guys get pending status after a while. Should be any day now...

Sounds like you're fine; paper pending = eForm submitted/in process.

Okay... It looks like I can submit a form 1 but my FFL must submit a form 4 on my behalf.
    Is this correct.

Back to my previous post of dense-ness.
I see how to do a Form 1. Has anyone e-filed a Form 4 on their own or does an FFL need to do the Form 4?
