Why on earth would you need LEO?

A good friend has property not far from there. He has it setup as a timber farm (there is a significant tax benefit). I have harvested some really big White tail and Sika deer there.
People are very friendly and nearly 100% shoot or hunt.

The rules are don't be a dick, clean up after yourself, don't shoot your eye out. Keep it simple.
No permits would be required, private property, not a business. No LEO endorsement needed, but will happily have them as co-owners. We aren't setting up for inviting outsiders in my opinion, just the people who bought in.

To have some sense of endorsement? I know my MSP buddies are looking for a place like this to endorse and promote. More like a private club. Having that endorsement can also allow for less intrusiveness and scrutiny. Just my 2 cents. You have something against LEOs using the property?

Shoot the idea at him, selling shares, offset his costs or enhance his property in ways he's not prepared to invest in perhaps.

The premise suggested is not a club, rather each shooter owns the property. Going the club route opens up all the rules that keep ranges limited in Maryland.
