Gunsmith for 1917 Enfield

I need a 1917 Enfield action barreled and headspaced. Any recommendations for northern tier (Harford, Baltimore, Carroll)?

Anybody who identifies as gunsmith professionally or who has some advanced skills as a hobbyist should be able to tackle that one.
The problem with M17 and locking mechanism is understanding how to headspace properly.
