Sad, tradgic, horrible news story out of Chicago - the safest city in America because there are NO guns.

I'm just so confused as how this could even happen when guns are banned in Chicago.

Yeah and the stupid say that "there is too much gun violence..." nevermind the daddy was probaly targeted, so most likely involved in gang activity himself. Always someone else's fault, in this case the gun lobby's fault.
