You think people have issues with each other now, just let someone tip a few back and start typing in what comes to mind. At least on threads some will hit preview think better of it and then delete.

How does one moderate such a feature 24/7? Screen shots could cause damage if left unmoderated. I realize posts can as well but they can be reported. How do you do that with a chat feature?

Archived logs of the chats for a period of time. It takes computer resources.

That is what was launched, as it was needed, back in '13.

IMO, the moderation would need to be significant.

Come on now, you think we need moderation? We would get together on the chat line and sing Kumbaya My Lord over and over, verse by verse. You know, brotherly love. Wouldn't we?

I had one of the first US Robotics 9600 baud modems in the state of Maryland. I ran a BBS with a US Robotics sponsorship.

I ran a BBS for years that have one of the first 28800 baud modems. I had 3 lines coming in, both a FIDOnet and USENET feed. I also had a cd tower with 6 cds full of shareware.
I used to love compuserve and had prodigy account as well. Everything was DOS based. I started at 1200 baud. It was smoking.
