I think a row of tables has been added in the big hall. The aisles are narrower and at past shows if you walked aisles like mowing lawn, you had to walk one row twice because there was an add number of aisles. Today, that is not the case.

I just got back from the show and I think that you're right on that.

Despite taking a while to find a parking spot, the traffic inside was fairly light this afternoon compared to the last one I made it to.

I always liked the chantilly show, but last time it just seemed like an endless sea of Glocks, Sigs, and off brand AR’s. Nothing wrong with that, but part of going to a gun show is to find that hidden treasure that no local shop ever has. Been years since I’ve had that happen.

At one of the PG Showplace Arena shows I scored an ANIB Colt Boa from Walter's Gun Shop for $700. My best score ever.

Got there at 9:05 am. Plenty parking close very short line. I was done by 11:45 am. I only spent $41 but that's OK we still had fun. Then we went to Clark Bros. Gun Shop & Range on Rt. 29 South. They have only been there since 1957 a real gun shop. I spent $91 there. Then to Northside 29 restaurant only been there since 1971. Really good food there. Then back home horrible traffic!

Walter's Gun Shop and PC Equestrian Center. You are reaching way back for those days. Time has caused me to forget the name of the Owner of Walter's. I remember he was a teacher. My wife bought her first S&W 686 there. :party29:

Everything was overpriced except some pmags. Cheapest ammo I found was 5.56, 1000rnds/$550 probably need to add tax too. Guns were overpriced and not so much surplus items for sale. I was looking for MREs and Jerry cans plus some more and found none. The last time I attended that show was years ago and I understand prices have gone up, but the variety of stuff for sale decreased. My friend who was there for the first time just said there was lots and lots of the same stuff all over. I’ll probably stop going.
And forgot to mention the entrance fee was $19!!!!!!!!!
