I think NYSRPA is still being worked on. The RSS feed for that docket keeps getting updated multiple times a day, despite there being no obvious changes to what we the public can view. Something triggers these updates to go out.

I would not doubt it, with 6 high profile cases to be decided.

Now McConnell is opening his mouth. Smack down tomorrow? If this opinion is not released tomorrow, Republicans are exponentially more stupid than I thought possible.

The republicans are just the flip side of the same worthless coin.

    Whoa!

If I'm interpreting that article correctly, and the numbers that CBS posted are accurate, there are fewer than 20,000 people who are legally allowed to keep a firearm in New York City. And, only around 3,000 are legally allowed to carry.

In a city of 8 million people, that means just 2.5 thousandths of one percent (.0025) of the population can legally keep a firearm, and only 3.7 ten-thousandths of one percent of the population can legally carry. (.00037)

The fees necessary and time required to be able to have guns legally (let alone carry them) in NYC are insurmountable for most people.

Don’t you dare try traveling there with them either.

Egregious, unconstitutional laws all voluntarily enforced.
