I have looked at the different web sites to try to find an easy to understand explanation of exactly where those of us with wear and carry permits can and cannot legally carry a handgun. Everything I see leaves a lot to the imagination. Bear in mind that I went to Baltimore City public schools (class of 1972) and need things explained in simple sentences. Is there anything out there for us educationally challenged folks or are they trying to make it difficult to understand.

And this has no bearing on the MoCo 21-22 I assume?
Not directly. Indirectly, hopefully. I'm sure Mark is pounding away at his keyboard as we speak.

Overlaps in the moco bill disallow carry at places specifically now enjoined, so there is conflict here.

I never open carried before. Never felt it was “appropriate”. Maybe tomorrow for shits and giggles I’ll strap up with one of my 1911’s and open carry just to get folks riled up.

Correct, business as usual but open carry is no longer an option.

Not totally business as usual. There's still the rest of it .

I'm about to go to sleep , and left my cheat sheet pre positioned in the car for in the morning . If nobody posts the list in this thread first , I'll post mid morning

As far as open carry of a pistol I only do so while hunting, tracking or foraging mushrooms etc. in the woods with my chest rig.

I found this out last night while talking to a cop in Baltimore city. I was ecstatic to hear about this. Is there a timeline for when things could change? Or should I just be checking back here weekly? I sell booze for a living, so still being able to wear and carry in bars, restaurants, liquor stores is HUGE for me.

I wonder why this lawsuit didn’t go after all those locations. Is there another/other suits fighting these?

I don’t want the other side to get ANY progress and instead want to push them back. It needs to be You got a permit, carry on.
