Nevermind...I heard the magazines may not be available by themselves until around January but that could very well change.
They're available on Sig's website nowI heard the magazines may not be available by themselves until around January but that could very well change.
Not your problem it would be the FFL that sold it to you, maybe...
Not really the same, if you go into an FFL in this state its the FFL's responsibility to make sure the item they sell you meets the MD requirements. But a gun like the P365 I can see how it gets confusing, all other P365s are legal, only difference is the grip module size.A lot of drug users wish that’s the way it worked lol
The bribery list is just that. And it is unconstitutional. Manufacturers must pay bureaucrats in order to be allowed to sell legal products. If they don't pay, they don't get in the last.
How much, in cash tips, is paid every year?
(I bet Bruen shrink the cash income of many people in the state. Just wait until the expensive training mandates get tossed.)

I agree with you that the ffl is on the hook but ignorance of the law doesn’t erase the fact that they have an illegal gun in their possession so they clearly could be charged. Now do I think charges should happen ? Absolutely not. Do I think charges could happen ? Interesting, I was gonna use siliconeIf you get the weight kits with it have some electric tape or adhesive available the tungsten rods fit loosely in the channels at least on the P320 modules. A single wrap of electric tape provides just enough added thickness for them to stay put.
No, clearly they couldn't be charged. It's not an illegal gun, it's a gun that hasn't been approved for sale in Maryland. Big difference in terms of criminality (or lack thereof) based on possession.I agree with you that the ffl is on the hook but ignorance of the law doesn’t erase the fact that they have an illegal gun in their possession so they clearly could be charged. Thank you for being one of the good ones. No, clearly they couldn't be charged. It's not an illegal gun, it's a gun that hasn't been approved for sale in Maryland. Big difference in terms of criminality (or lack thereof) based on possession.
Not saying I agree with the roster at all but it is very clearly a different gun in most dimensions on the Sig web site. Also the sellers know this was a new model this year and the 365X has been on the roster for a while. All moot very soonIt makes you wonder what in hell happened to the idea that they weren't going to enforce the various sub model anymore. If the darn thing says P365X on the firearm, it really shouldn't matter
We’ll I’m clearly no lawyer so to me it sounds illegal and MSP clearly has a problem with them out before being on the roster. No, clearly they couldn't be charged.
