Pittsburgh Mayor Bill Peduto seems to think the law itself was unconstitutional. Seems he didn't get the memo that it was the method to pass the law that was unconstitutional.

So resubmit next session. Merely a procedural problem, from what I can see.
The current PA governor (Wolf) is against this law.
The legislature would have to perform a veto override.
