My Spyderco, more than one because I'm pretty good at putting things down, can't find them, get mad, buy another and then finding the previous one.

Snagged a ZT0308 and ZT0707, pretty much opposite ends of the spectrum. Love my ZTs, some of the best mid-priced folders made, and had my eye on these two for a while, usually buy/trade on FB's knife groups, and can usually find good deals there. The 0707(3rd from the right) is 3.5" and all of 2.3oz with a skinny blade and needle like tip. It has their new TDS where the detent is on the show side scale, and the lock bar just glides on the blade. The idea is so pressure on the lock bar doesn't mess with deployment, and it has a really nice quick flipper action. The downside is you have the drag of 2 detent balls, one on each side, so while smooth, the action has friction despite the bearing pivot. Feels much better after it smooths out a little, and the knife is awesome for delicate tasks, although despite decent 20CV steel, have to be careful with the tip.

The 0308(2nd from left) is a frikin beast, 3.75" blade and 7oz, I really wanted one, a newer relative of the 300 series(left side). It's big, but not alarmingly heavy, the blade is a big slab of 20CV, and it locks like a vault door. THe bearings and hardsIt is on KVT bearings, where the 300 had assisted opening, although it is glass smooth, and flies open. Overall it's a lot more useable than the 300, better steel, better blade shape, similar design and looks, lighter, and still oversized hardware, and a hole that seems to both allow dirt into the pivot, and for dirt to escape. It's a little scary to close, it is easily smooth enough to drop shut, and seems like it could take a finger if it falls shut on one. It does have a mechanism to prevent it though, moving the lock over, there is a spot when the blade starts to close and the tang of the blade hits the detent ball on the lock bar, and has a little catch or stop, push past that, and wham, it drops shut.

I LOVE the 4.1" Sinkevich ZT blade 4th from the left but have yet to encounter one of the all-Ti handled models. Because I personally don't care for CF knife scales, I can't bring myself to order one with mixed scales as a result...but the all-Ti handled ones are just SOO hard to find. The search goes on...

What is the top bayonet? I have one like it my father in law brought back from Africa. It’s marked 1907 and I’m assuming it went on an Enfield.

I just picked up a Hogue Deka. The blade and lock compares very well to my current edc Mini-Bugout. Hogue hit a home run with the "G-mascus" handle.

Most of the Hogue models are very similar to Benchmade if not outright Benchmade designs with a lot of added features. Being the patent on the AXIS lock ran out, Hogue bascically copied it, and calls it the "ABLE" lock. The Hogue made Ritter RSKs (Knifeworks Exclusive) are HUGELY under rated and awesome for the money. They started out as Benchmade Griptilians with an upgraded blade designed by Doug Ritter. Benchmade dropped the Ritter models, so Hogue picked them up, upgraded from plastic to G10 scales, deep carry clips, and from S30V to better 20CV steel, while keeping the price close to the original. Got my Dad a mini RSK for Xmas, and it is AWESOME, they sell out all the time, really want a full size with blue/black G10 "Gmascus", if they make one.

 In comparing them yesterday, I thought the Hoge lock looked pretty much identical to the AXIS lock. That answers that!

I like that much better than the partially serrated ones they sell today.

Just picked this beautiful chefs knife from our very own justiw. I gifted a near-twin to my dad for Christmas. These are wicked sharp and due to the very thin blades they go through food with very little effort.
