Buy it now! the SKS is sometimes under rated. Many years ago I bought two chinese SKS and recently re-stocked one with a composite stock and a scope, it's a real tack-driver. Go for it.

That's a great deal, congrats! My brother has one that I sold him and it's a blast to shoot. The only reason I got rid of mine was to fund work on my AK.
