Does anyone use the trailer hitch cargo carriers to transport deer after the kill?
The reason I am asking is I have a cap on my truck and if I put a deer in the back the blood starts to smell relay bad shortly after even though I wash it out very well. I bought a 6.5 X 12 foot trailer but that thing is almost as big as my truck and hurts my gas millage and is a pain to drive around all the time.
I have been thinking about getting the cargo carrier and using that but not sure how it would work. any disadvantages to them?
