    I learned 20 or so years ago how to debone a deer. I mutilated the first one but I got the meat. Here's a pic of my first deer I ever arrowed (and deboned later in my backyard). I've become a lot better at it with subsequent hangings. Practice makes perfect.

    I need to stop by their shop next time I am back in Ohio taking care of estate stuff for my Dad's estate. They are about a 45 minute drive up the road.
