Appalachian promotions has always had coupons. This is the same promoter that does Frederick, Howard Co, and Timonium.

You may be confused with Gettysburg/Eagle shows, they stopped having coupons a while ago.

Can a Maryland resident sell a banned firearm person to person in PA at the gun show? It looks like transfers can only be done via an FFL?

Another question that I did not find and can't remember from the last time I went.
Can a Maryland Resident purchase a handgun at the show? I seem to remember that there was an FFL that did transfers from dealers at the show for MD residents, but Not really sure. Please let me know.

A PA dealer would have to transfer it to a MD dealer who would then transfer it to a MD buyer.

As squargrouper said, you have to transfer it through a MD FFL.

You can either do the transfer at the show with a MD FFL who is there, or you can have the seller ship it to your preferred FFL.

Yes... South Carroll Sporting Goods, in Woodbine is usually at this show. Look for their big yellow sign.

Which is a better show York or Harrisburg?

For me, Harrisburg is a straight shot up I81 about an hour away with York being an extra 30-minute drive.

York is closer for me and Harrisburg reminds me of Baltimore.. No thanks.
