Nothing wrong with your conclusion IMO.I always go back to the whole thing about the pistol not requiring any NFA nonsense though.
I just got an old Bushmaster HBAR fluted barrel the other day. If I see someone selling a good (not BCA) low round-count fluted HBAR for a decent price, I tend to jump on that, especially if it's marked. Proper marked and fluted heavy barrels are just really uncommon these days... feels like "heavy profile" has become a bit of a dirty word in terms of marketing, unfortunately.Fluted barrels are the bomb.
