I did read it, and it says ID is required for adult signature. It doesn’t say anything about Hazmat requiring adult signature.
I ship and receive Hazmat every week at work by FedEx, and we never sign for it. We only have to sign the shipper certification.

That link doesn’t say they are requiring adult signature for hazmat shipments. It says they are requiring ID for shipments requiring an adult signature.
I can do better. I don’t label the outside of the box. It’s none of their business what is in the box as long as there is no hazmat.
And when asked, I tell them it is adult sex toys. That usually ends the line of questioning.
7.8 grains of Unique is a fine load for 250 grain XTP’s. A bit on the warm side for a vintage SAA, but ok for a Vaquero. That’s the load Alliant recommends. Not sure who or what a Valliant is.
