The truth is that the NRA is still doing more than any other organization.

The truth is that the Other Side sees the NRA is doing more than any other organization . And that's not insignificant. If not 800 lb , they're still the 700 lb Gorilla, in the larger perception. To liberal/ democrat/ Maryland politicians , their biggest possible bragging rights are for " I fought the NRA , and I won " .

They are the #1 brunt of anti gun attacks . All the recent attacks have been 75 % imaginary BS . 【 Flip side - 25% is real . The rest of the Execitive Board needs to go also , and BOD needs to be restructured to provide meaningful oversight and guidance. ]

IF you wish to join the NRA ( or your gun club requires it , etc ) do only a basic membership at this time , and your serious support and efforts to/ with the above mentioned Orgs . When/ If NRA successfully reorganizes , reevaluate .

And yes , the * Everything Else * NRA does , they do well .

Not a bad take. I'd really like to see an apology to their members, but I'm not finding one.
