      Who will transfer all HBARs as non regulated

      A good friend uses either IMR 4831 or H4831 with all bullet weights. He says he's tried IMR 7828 as well but got better grouping results with both 4831's.       Sounds more likely to be a sizing die issue. I've fired many thousands of both Berry and Raineer 180's with 8.0 Blue Dot and an RCBS sizing die. No push back problems at any time. Good Luck.
