      Like you said, I've never used the "previous owner" sections on the annual but do on the initial registration. If someone can confirm these sections should be used on the annual I'll go ahead an add them. No point in having a form that's only 50%. Thanks, <1

      I myself find this most regrettable as Dave did inquire & edit his flier. Not to start a fuss but after multiple inquires it was perceived that fa was acceptable & to be regulated accordingly. Once again I will thank them for their hospitality & extend my appreciation for their courtesy.

      The administrative fee is flat rate, $10 per form, regardless of line items/pages. Just make sure additional pagers are stapled together. Initial registration is the same.
