      I purchased two for my glock 22 back before the craze for less than $10 each. They fit too snug and didn't drop freely, so I've never even tried them out. Stick to oem.

      I know the early gen 4 models had spring issues, but I think glock solved that. However, I have been plucked in the forehead on more than one occasion with some. 40 brass! Still one of my favorite guns falling only slightly behind my M&P.

      I've never experienced a gen 3, but I love my gen 4. Why do you say go with gen 3?

      I have a 22 gen 4 and love it. You can always go with the 22 .40 and pick up an extra 9mm barrel to drop in the frame.

      44mag stopped selling repair kits to MD. Regardless, 44mag should be on everyone's banned list as they are one of the many that chose to triple their prices when the craze was at its highest. 44mag can pound sand!

      Love my M&P 22. Took it out for first time today and shot about a brick of cheap federal through it with only 1 feed issue all day. Bought the M&P because it's one of the few that isn't sensitive to cheap ammo.

      Don't be a cheap steel mag snob.....I have about a dozen 30 and 40 rounders and they work flawlessly.
