      I know that the MSP web site says any barrel attatchment has to be permantly attached to reach the 29" requirement but can anyone show me where in the text of SB281 that the barrel attatchment has to be pinned and welded to meet the requirement? All it says is at least 29" OAL!

If people continually rack the slide on a new gun it scar's the barrel hood and when some people see that they think the gun has been used and they won't buy it.       Wrong! If you look in the Maryland Guide for hunting & Trapping under General Hunting Regulations you will see that it is unlawfull to have a loaded firearm in or leaning against a vehicle including a loaded magizine. This may or maynot be pertient to this discussion but it is a Maryland law.

      Be careful what you post. The season, yes Maryland has a season, is from Oct.15 till March 15. I've seen 2 around Berlin.:rolleyes: 223 Federal Ballistic tips work fine.
