Several years ago I was with a friend of mine and we stopped at a bar that he liked to shoot a came of pool and have a beer. I had my leather motorcycle jacket on. Started our game and was told by the bartender that I couldn't have the jacket on. Ok. Took it off and had a Harley t shirt on. Bartender said you need to leave we don't want your kind in here. Ok we left. My kind was a white, 35 year old, active duty military police officer. Point is its his place, his rules. Did I sue? No. I took my money elsewhere. I worked part time at a casino and it had a sign on the door that said " We have the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason." Private property owners have rights also. Its why its called private and not public.
You weren't born with a Harley t shirt. I was born with my skin complexion and ethnicity. There is a difference.
And unless you worship at the altar of v rod on Sundays it's not your religion either.
There are such things as protected classes. Discrimination by itself isn't illegal but on the basis of certain things like race, gender, disability, veteran status it is.
