WHat about on one's personal property ? I know that one does not need a license to hunt deer on their own property but what about type of firearm and ammo ?
Best to find a time machine and go back before the year 1968 when the second amendment was still more of less intact. Short of that welcome to the Brave New WOrld.
by the way, too bad in Maryland it is considered a "Regulated Firearm". In border states, such as WV, it can be bought and sold without any Government interference between private individuals. just saying
Awesome Firearm. The best, IMO, rifle (military version M14) ever issued to the US Miltary. In Viet Nam Conflict there were GIs that refused to give up there M14s for the M16. just saying
So, I guess that would mean that a baseball bat could be considered an assault weapon if one uses it in an offensive nature ? But really, then a 22 caliber with a pistol grip and a after market tactical stock with a 15 round clip would be an assault weapon ?
