I had to dispatch a fox a few years ago who exhibited the same behavior. I called Dept of Fish and Wildlife and they told me to bury the bloody thing and they don't bother with the tests for rabies.
you don't know how to unscrew something then screw a new one down with proper torque? Its really easy and takes less than 5 minutes
but I think the 5R rifles are over-rated for sure. I bought into the glitter and glam but they aren't anything special. Personally I'd opt for the faster twist...
get rid of that choate and pick you up an already inlet stock that is lighter and stronger. you can find them used for pretty cheap, hell even a PSS takeoff stock is good.
What bottom metal do you have?
If you insist on inletting the choate I recommend you take it to a smith.
Hit up Bob Green in York, PA.

Or, you can just purchase a chasis system like the AICS, McCree, XLR, TacMod, and i'm sure a few others out there make something that works as well with the AI style mags.
I would recommend against setting it up yourself unless you can...
Harbor freight sells a spray brush kit that comes with 5 disposable bottles. We use this and just buy another kit ($10) when we need more paint bottles. Its easy as there is no clean up to do. just toss the bottle.

It was a good time, as usual. Tom and Tom Jr shot well, Mike wasn't in our squad so I didn't know how he was shooting.
I enjoyed shooting 'wind dummy' for Tom and Tom Jr a few times. I'm glad he could take it home!
Congrats Jr, just wish we could have hit that 2300yd target!
I called last year and got the spring for a 'just in case' so far I still haven't used it with my gen4 17. Have over 5k rounds through the pistol, still have not cleaned it since I got it and still running like a top.
Why not just do 223 and 22LR, you'll only need a blowback 22 bolt kit. What you save in weight from not carrying all the other gear you can carry other gear that will serve a better purpose, and you'll save over 1k bucks for whatever other gear you 'really need'
its a good pack, i've hiked mine around a few different mountains shooting, and used it on the army side. its a good little bag. I doubt i'd ever consider putting a shotgun scabbord on mine, here are some pics of mine in action. well worth the coin if you ask me.:party29::thumbsup:
